📋 Description

• Working as an Integration Analyst within the Technical Services department, you will assist in launching top brands onto Awin’s Network by providing high-level technical support during the integration process, ensuring timely delivery of bespoke online tracking technology in line with campaign specifications.
• Day to day, you will act as a technical liaison between client marketing and technical teams, isolate errors in client setups, provide solutions, negotiate suboptimal configurations, contribute to team targets, review peers’ work for technical sign-off, report and escalate platform bugs, administer internal/external knowledge bases, train colleagues, and test new platform developments.
• You will join Awin Group AG’s Technical Services department in Warsaw, a dynamic, socially inclusive, and innovative team within a global affiliate marketing leader backed by Axel Springer, where diversity, authenticity, and continuous learning are core values.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in affiliate marketing technology, strengthen your technical and client-facing skills, gain experience in e-commerce integrations, and build a foundation for career progression within Awin’s growing technical and partner ecosystem teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with ability to see the bigger picture
• Strong communication skills, preferably with customer service experience and relationship-building ability
• Understanding of web languages including HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and ideally PHP
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their use
• IT-related degree or relevant work experience
• Self-motivated, process-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
