  • • Join Stitch Consulting Services Inc., a global leader renowned for empowering brands to maximize their CRM performance through the strategic implementation of Braze and Databricks. We partner with Fortune 1000 companies, architecting and deploying sophisticated martech-driven solutions and cutting-edge lifecycle marketing strategies designed to deliver tangible, impactful business outcomes. As a Technical Architect specializing in Databricks, you will be at the forefront of innovation, shaping the future of data architecture and analytics for our prestigious clientele.
  • • This pivotal role demands a visionary leader who can translate complex business challenges into robust, scalable, and efficient data solutions. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing data platforms and architectures on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and enabling advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning capabilities. Your expertise will guide clients through their data transformation journeys, unlocking the full potential of their data assets.
  • • As a Technical Architect, you will engage directly with clients, understanding their unique business needs, data landscapes, and strategic objectives. You will lead the technical design and architecture of Databricks-based solutions, from initial concept and proof-of-concept development through to full-scale implementation and ongoing optimization. This involves collaborating closely with client stakeholders, data engineers, data scientists, and other technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • • Key responsibilities include architecting data ingestion pipelines, data modeling strategies, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance frameworks within the Databricks ecosystem. You will champion best practices in data engineering, performance tuning, security, and cost management, ensuring that our clients' data platforms are not only powerful but also reliable and cost-effective. Your insights will be crucial in advising clients on the optimal use of Databricks features and functionalities, including Delta Lake, Spark, MLflow, and Unity Catalog.
  • • You will play a critical role in pre-sales activities, assisting the sales team by providing technical expertise, developing proposals, and delivering compelling presentations that showcase Stitch's capabilities and the value of our Databricks solutions. This includes conducting technical discovery sessions, assessing client environments, and designing high-level solution architectures that address specific business pain points and opportunities.
  • • Furthermore, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of Stitch's methodologies, accelerators, and best practices related to Databricks implementations. You will mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence within the organization. Staying abreast of the latest advancements in the Databricks platform, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and the broader data and AI landscape is paramount to your success and the success of our clients.
  • • This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with a diverse range of leading brands across various industries, tackling challenging and rewarding data problems. You will have the autonomy to shape innovative solutions and make a significant impact on our clients' businesses. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about data, driven by innovation, and committed to delivering exceptional client value.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve deep technical work, client interaction, strategic planning, and thought leadership. You'll be designing complex data flows, optimizing query performance, ensuring data quality and integrity, and building the foundational elements for advanced analytics and AI initiatives. This includes defining data strategies, recommending appropriate Databricks configurations, and ensuring the solutions are built for scalability and future growth. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues that may arise during project implementation and post-deployment.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cloud data warehousing, data lakes, and lakehouse architectures. Experience with data governance, data security, and compliance in a cloud environment is highly desirable. You will be a key player in ensuring our clients leverage their data effectively to drive business decisions, personalize customer experiences, and achieve competitive advantages. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences will be essential for success in this client-facing role.
  • • We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced consulting environment. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and adapting to evolving client needs and technological landscapes. Your contributions will directly influence the success of our clients' data strategies and solidify Stitch's position as a trusted advisor in the martech and data analytics space.
