• • As a Technical Architect - Databricks at Stitch Consulting Services Inc., you will be at the forefront of scaling our global leadership in CRM performance through cutting-edge solutions leveraging Braze and Databricks.
• • This pivotal role involves owning the end-to-end Lakehouse architecture, from seamless integrations with platforms like Braze and Segment to the development of sophisticated AI-driven customer 360 solutions.
• • You will be instrumental in defining and building Stitch's Databricks consulting practice, creating capabilities that have not previously existed within the organization.
• • Your responsibilities will span the entire data lifecycle, including ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption, utilizing key Databricks components such as Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables, and Databricks SQL Warehouse.
• • A significant aspect of the role involves designing and implementing robust data models, including the medallion architecture, Star Schema, and Data Vault, specifically optimized for the demands of marketing analytics workloads.
• • You will empower marketing teams by enabling conversational data querying and the generation of actionable insights without requiring SQL expertise, leveraging Databricks Genie and advanced AI-powered analytics.
• • The role also extends to supporting the design and implementation of advanced AI agents, utilizing frameworks like Agent Bricks and the Mosaic AI Agent Framework.
• • You will be responsible for architecting comprehensive data governance, security, and access control policies through Unity Catalog, ensuring lineage tracking, audit logging, PII masking, and compliance with marketing data privacy regulations.
• • A key technical duty is the integration of Databricks workflows into modern CI/CD pipelines, employing tools like Terraform, Git, and Azure DevOps to implement infrastructure-as-code and automated deployments for notebooks, jobs, and clusters.
• • You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading working sessions focused on data architecture and data mapping, bringing clarity and strategic direction to complex discussions with senior stakeholders.
• • This involves advising clients on data architecture and platform trade-offs, adeptly navigating ambiguity and translating between technical engineering concepts and business marketing needs.
• • Building strong relationships with client technical leads will be crucial, establishing yourself as the architect they trust and seek out for future engagements.
• • You are expected to bring a strong point of view and proactive recommendations, anticipating client needs before they are explicitly stated.
• • Ownership of outcomes within your technical workstream is paramount; you will lead initiatives without needing constant direction.
