- • Architect and design NetSuite solutions aligned with client business requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
- • Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives, translating them into effective NetSuite configurations and customizations.
- • Lead the technical implementation of NetSuite, including configuration, customization, data migration, and integration with third-party systems.
- • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
- • Conduct comprehensive system assessments to identify performance bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization within NetSuite environments.
- • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and test plans.
- • Stay current with NetSuite platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies, incorporating them into firm standards and solution designs.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, business analysts, and project managers across Accordion’s practices to deliver integrated solutions.
- • Travel to client sites as required to support implementation, assessment, and delivery activities.
- • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with client stakeholders.
- • Present solution designs to clients for feedback and approval, iterating based on stakeholder input.
- • Oversee development and configuration of custom components, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
- • Conduct code reviews with technical project teams to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- • Perform testing to validate functionality, performance, and integration outcomes.
- • Demonstrate and deliver finalized solutions to key client stakeholders.
- • Analyze system logs, performance metrics, and records to diagnose inefficiencies and recommend targeted improvements.
- • Implement performance profiling tools such as NetSuite APM to monitor real-time system behavior.
- • Optimize SuiteScript code, SQL queries, and custom workflows to reduce execution time and resource consumption.
- • Configure integration endpoints and authentication mechanisms for seamless connectivity between NetSuite and external platforms.
- • Develop custom scripts or middleware connectors based on infrastructure requirements and design specifications.
- • Conduct load testing and capacity planning exercises to evaluate system scalability and resilience under peak usage.
- • Manage communication channels and collaboration tools with client IT teams and third-party vendors during integration projects.
- • Define integration requirements, data mappings, and security protocols for complex system connections.
- • Apply Git to manage, collaborate on, track, and organize codebases within team environments.
- • Deliver complex NetSuite projects successfully within defined scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- • Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- • Maintain the highest professional standards in client interactions and internal teamwork.
- • Balance hands-on technical execution with leadership responsibilities across multiple complex workstreams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, related field, or equivalent experience.
- • Minimum 4+ years of experience at a reputable NetSuite partner firm, end-user company, or related technical consulting firm.
- • Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, and REST web services for customizations and integrations.
- • Experience with iPaaS toolsets such as Workato, Celigo, and Boomi.
- • Experience with data migration tools and techniques, including SuiteScript, CSV imports, and middleware platforms.
- • Strong logical skills with extreme attention to detail and proven ability to manage and deliver complex NetSuite projects on time and within budget.
