📋 Description

• • As a Technical Architect in Professional Services at Workato, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers on automation best practices, architecture patterns, and governance processes to help them scale their automation practice through initial and expansion services engagements.
• • Day to day, you will participate as a lead architect in customer onboarding and enablement activities, lead business requirements sessions, develop architectural designs for customer integrations and automations, conduct recipe and production readiness reviews, advise on testing and deployment best practices, perform post-launch health checks, and provide knowledge transfer to customer and partner teams.
• • You will join Workato, a leader in enterprise orchestration trusted by 400,000 global customers, recognized by Forbes’ Cloud 100, Deloitte Tech Fast 500, and Quartz as a top workplace for remote workers, fostering a flexible, trust-oriented culture that values innovation and ownership.
• • In this role, you will become a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners, act as a Workato evangelist across industries, mentor and train pre-sales and post-sales teams, and contribute to the growth of Professional Services by creating content such as white papers, best practices, demos, and training materials for internal and partner enablement.
