📋 Description

• The Technical Buyer is responsible for leading procurement and supplier management activities across assigned programs, products, and commodities.
• This role works closely with Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to ensure material, equipment, and services are sourced and delivered in support of program objectives.
• The successful candidate will proactively manage supplier performance, delivery schedules, procurement risks, and material readiness while supporting new product introduction (NPI) and production activities.
• The Technical Buyer will lead procurement and supplier management activities, ensuring compliance with Kepler's policies and procedures.
• This role will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance.
• The Technical Buyer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving procurement-related issues, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and implementing process improvements.
• The Technical Buyer will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• This role will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to analyze complex procurement issues and develop effective solutions.
• The Technical Buyer will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and applying this knowledge to improve Kepler's procurement processes.
• This role will also require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• The Technical Buyer will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Kepler's policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
