- • As a Technical Consultant at Juniper Square, you will be instrumental in empowering our clients to harness the full potential of our cutting-edge investment management platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through successful implementations and cultivating enduring customer relationships. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly influence how clients operate, transforming their workflows and significantly enhancing their investor experience by leveraging your deep product knowledge and industry insights.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver bespoke solutions that precisely address the unique business challenges faced by our clients. You will engage closely with stakeholders across client organizations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their existing workflows and providing expert guidance to steer them towards more efficient and effective operational practices. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless platform adoption, maximizing feature utilization, and ultimately driving optimal business outcomes for our clients.
- • A key aspect of this role involves strategic consultation. You will partner with clients to deeply understand their overarching strategic goals, core business drivers, and desired end-state outcomes. Based on this understanding, you will craft meticulously customized adoption plans that are perfectly aligned with their unique objectives, ensuring that the platform delivers maximum strategic value.
- • You will lead the end-to-end solution delivery process, from initial design through to successful implementation. This includes proactively identifying and overcoming potential constraints, managing timelines, and ensuring that solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively to drive tangible positive results for the client.
- • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to training and enablement. You will develop and deliver comprehensive, engaging training programs tailored for diverse user groups, including both technical and non-technical personnel. Your ability to simplify complex technical concepts will be vital in ensuring that all users can effectively leverage the platform's capabilities, regardless of their prior expertise.
- • You will act as a subject matter expert, continuously deepening your understanding of the product's extensive functionality, evolving industry best practices, and emerging customer behaviors. This expertise will enable you to provide insightful guidance and support to clients.
- • Effective cross-functional collaboration is essential. You will work closely with internal teams, including Project Management, Customer Success, Service and Support, and Product Development. This collaboration will be crucial for resolving complex client issues, sharing valuable client feedback, and influencing the strategic direction of our product roadmap to better serve customer needs.
- • You will play a role in process optimization by developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Technical Consulting Team. This will contribute to enhancing the overall efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness of our client engagement processes.
- • Knowledge sharing is a vital component of this role. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including best practices for product usage and procedural guidelines. This ensures consistent messaging and knowledge dissemination across the organization and to our clients.
- • This role requires a proactive and client-centric mindset, focusing on delivering exceptional value and fostering long-term partnerships. You will be a key player in ensuring our clients achieve their business objectives through the effective use of the Juniper Square platform.
