• • As a Technical Consultant II at Workato, you will play a pivotal role in enabling clients to master the Workato Platform, driving successful adoption and solution-building across global enterprises. Your work directly impacts customer success by translating complex technical capabilities into actionable business value.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate across Sales, Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to gather client requirements, design tailored solutions, and extend platform capabilities via HTTP and SDK. You will troubleshoot technical issues, communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to product enhancements based on real-world feedback.
