- • As a Technical Consultant II at Alkami Technology, you will oversee the design, delivery, and execution of software products for U.S. banks and credit unions, playing a critical role in implementing complex enterprise banking solutions in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- • Day to day, you will meet with clients virtually and in-person to define solution dependencies, conduct application demonstrations and discovery sessions, identify technical challenges, provide improvement recommendations, work with third-party vendors on integrations, collaborate with Development and PM teams to resolve technical issues, provide technical support, audit client environments, oversee product launches, create documentation, and share knowledge with team members while upholding company core values.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of technical background and experience required
- • 3+ years of customer-facing, client interaction skills and experience
- • 3+ years of experience working with credit union cores such as Keystone Corelation, Fiserv DNA, or JackHenry Symitar
- • Ability to travel up to 20%
- • Working knowledge of SQL server, Microsoft C#, and ASP.NET is extremely helpful
- • Financial services software development and design experience, specifically core and third-party integration
