- • Flagright is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Content Writer & Social Content Lead to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who can transform raw insights and SME knowledge into compelling, conversion-aware content assets that serve as a predictable engine for growth. You will be instrumental in shaping Flagright's brand voice and expanding our reach across various platforms, ensuring our message resonates with a global audience of Fortune 500 companies, large banks, fintechs, and fast-growing startups.
- • As a Technical Content Writer & Social Content Lead, you will own the end-to-end content production lifecycle, from initial concept and drafting to final publication and social distribution. Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality, technically accurate, and engaging content that educates, informs, and persuades our target audience. This includes a diverse range of formats, such as in-depth blog posts, comprehensive handbooks and guides, informative newsletters, and persuasive case studies. You will be adept at translating complex technical information into clear, concise language that highlights Flagright's value proposition and addresses the specific needs of our clients.
- • Key responsibilities will encompass drafting and iterating on blog posts that cover SEO-driven topics, industry trends, product explainers, competitive analyses, tactical how-to guides, and opinionated pieces. You will also be responsible for developing structured long-form assets like handbooks and guides, which will be crucial for supporting marketing campaigns and lead capture initiatives. Maintaining a regular cadence for newsletters (weekly or bi-weekly) will be essential for nurturing trust and re-engaging dormant leads. Furthermore, you will craft compelling narratives for case studies and client announcements, ensuring they effectively showcase Flagright's success stories.
- • Product and use-case explainers will be a core part of your output, clearly articulating what Flagright is, why it matters, how it works, and providing supporting evidence with a strong call to action. The definition of 'done' for your drafts will be 'publish-ready' – meaning they are not just initial thoughts but are clear, accurate, on-brand, properly structured, and CTA-aware, requiring minimal editorial intervention.
- • Beyond content creation, you will own the organic social content strategy and day-to-day execution. This involves expertly repurposing long-form content into social-native formats tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, X, Medium, and Reddit. You will create short threads, carousels, POV posts, and potentially draft content in the founder's executive voice. Developing weekly social content batches that align with the content calendar and active priorities, such as campaigns and product launches, will be a key task. You will collaborate closely with our creative designer to produce necessary visuals like diagrams, carousels, and charts, and coordinate with program and campaign leads to ensure a seamless publishing and distribution schedule, avoiding any calendar conflicts.
- • To streamline operations, you will maintain a lightweight social content system, including a post bank, hooks library, proof points library, and an evergreen content rotation strategy. Basic tracking of post frequency, engagement quality, top-performing content, and identifying recurring patterns will be part of your responsibilities.
- • In terms of content systems and editorial operations, you will build and maintain a repeatable content workflow. This includes managing content briefs, outlines, interview notes, and source links, ensuring consistent version control and naming conventions. You will contribute to a central content repository for final assets and reusable components, and maintain a visible pipeline view of content status (discovery, drafting, review, revision, approved).
- • A crucial aspect of this role is sales call insight extraction. You will proactively schedule time with the sales and retention teams to gather raw insights through short, structured interviews, async Q&A sessions, and call shadowing. Your ability to transform these messy inputs into structured drafts will be highly valued. You will also maintain a question bank by topic to expedite future insight extraction.
- • Collaboration with our SEO lead is vital. You will work together on SEO requirements, including target keywords, content structure, internal linking opportunities, and aligning with search intent. Implementing on-page SEO basics in your drafts, such as headings, relevant FAQs, internal link placeholders, and metadata suggestions, will be expected.
- • Finally, you will be responsible for publishing readiness and quality assurance. This involves maintaining a content QA checklist covering clarity, structure, reading flow, technical accuracy (avoiding overclaims), voice consistency, positioning, CTA placement, conversion intent, and compliance basics (e.g., no sensitive client disclosures, correct terminology). Your ability to work fast without compromising accuracy will be key to success in this role.
