You will transform complex compliance, risk, and AML topics into crystal-clear assets that move prospects from first touch to closed-won—without heroic last-minute scrambles.
• • Produce publish-ready drafts at high velocity: 4–6 SEO blog posts per month (product explainers, industry POVs, tactical how-tos, comparison posts), 2 in-depth handbooks/guides gated for lead-gen, a weekly or bi-weekly newsletter that re-activates dormant leads, and polished case-study narratives that showcase quantified client wins.
• • Run a lightweight but rigorous editorial system: create detailed content briefs, maintain version control in Notion (or similar), keep a visible Kanban pipeline (discovery → drafting → review → revision → approved), and enforce a QA checklist covering clarity, technical accuracy, voice consistency, CTA placement, and compliance guardrails.
• • Extract raw insights directly from sales and customer-success calls—schedule short, structured interviews, shadow calls, or run async Q&A—then turn messy transcripts into structured outlines and first drafts within 48 hours. Build a reusable question bank so insight extraction accelerates over time.
• • Repurpose every long-form asset into a high-impact social batch: LinkedIn threads, X posts, Medium articles, Reddit explainers, carousels, and short POV posts that amplify reach without diluting meaning. Maintain a post bank, hooks library, and evergreen rotation so social distribution runs like clockwork.
• • Collaborate with the SEO lead to weave target keywords, search-intent alignment, internal linking, and on-page best practices into every draft; supply meta-data suggestions and FAQ blocks that lift organic rankings.
• • Coordinate weekly with the creative designer for visuals (architecture diagrams, stat carousels, simple charts) and with the program/campaign lead to lock publishing dates, avoid calendar collisions, and align content to product launches and proof-point campaigns.
• • Track and share performance signals—top blog converters, highest-engagement social posts, repeatable hook patterns—so the team continuously refines topic selection and format mix.
• • Champion Flagright’s voice: authoritative yet approachable, technically precise but never jargon-heavy, always grounded in real customer outcomes and regulatory reality.
• • Work fully remote from the Philippines within Flagright’s lean, high-ownership culture: direct access to founders, minimal red tape, and the mandate to ship fast, measure, and iterate.
