By guiding customers from initial onboarding through full adoption, the manager directly impacts customer satisfaction, product utilization, and long-term partnership success.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the end-to-end customer onboarding journey from initial setup to full platform adoption, delivering engaging live training sessions and cohort-based workshops tailored to enterprise clients, and translating complex technical workflows, automations, and data concepts into clear, actionable steps for non-technical marketing teams. The role involves building and maintaining scalable enablement playbooks, guides, and training materials that standardize best practices across customer segments. Additionally, the manager supports marketing operations workflows such as CRM automation, reporting, and campaign setup, collaborates with marketing and content teams on SEO and content workflow initiatives, and serves as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, proactively identifying adoption barriers and driving solutions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in customer enablement, customer success, marketing operations, or product training within a SaaS or tech company
- • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
- • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to actively use both in workflows, reporting, or training contexts
- • Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience working with U.S. or UK-based companies
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach technical concepts to non-technical users
