- • The Technical Customer Engineer II provides expert technical support and expertise to the sales team and customers throughout the sales process, ensuring products are correctly understood, demonstrated, and applied to maximize customer benefit.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical application and troubleshooting support to field teams, conducting internal and external technical training with Product Business Unit teams, preparing equipment for customer demonstrations, supporting trade shows and sales presentations, and gathering and analyzing technical data from customers and competitors to inform product optimization and R&D input.
- • The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and R&D groups to align technical support with corporate sales goals and strategy, while communicating customer requirements for new product development.
- • Nordson Health Care Manufacturing is a global leader in precision dispensing and fluid management solutions, serving industries such as medical device, electronics, and packaging, with a commitment to innovation and technical excellence.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen their expertise in SMT, semiconductor, or disposable product industries, strengthen cross-functional communication skills, gain experience in technical data analysis and reporting, and contribute directly to product improvement and market expansion efforts.
🎯 Requirements
- • College degree or above in Mechanism/Electronics or a related engineering field.
- • At least 2 years of experience in R&D engineering within SMT, Semiconductor, or a relevant industry, with profound mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- • Experience in the disposable product field is preferred.
- • Prior work experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) is preferred.
- • Strong verbal English proficiency.
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- • Strong analytical and computer skills.
- • Logical thinking, open-mindedness, teamwork spirit, integrity, self-motivation, and a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
