📋 Description

• • Be the trusted first point of contact for sophisticated business clients who rely on our SaaS platform to value billions of Swiss francs in real-estate assets every day. You will handle complex inquiries ranging from technical troubleshooting to in-depth questions on real-estate valuation models, delivered via phone, e-mail and our state-of-the-art ticketing system.
• • Own the end-to-end support journey for demanding segments such as real-estate brokers, mortgage lenders (banks, insurers, mortgage intermediaries) and institutional investors & developers. Your expertise will directly influence how accurately and quickly they can price properties, assess locations and close deals.
• • Master a broad portfolio of licence products that cover everything from automated valuation models (AVMs) and location scoring to portfolio risk dashboards. You will translate intricate product logic into clear guidance, ensuring clients extract maximum value from every feature.
• • Execute administrative licence management with Swiss precision: create user accounts, draft licence agreements, schedule and deliver user trainings, and maintain a flawless CRM record so that renewals and expansions happen seamlessly.
• • Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with product experts, data scientists and software engineers in our 4-person customer-service squad and the wider 40-person DAT division. Your frontline insights will feed directly into sprint planning, bug triage and roadmap prioritisation.
• • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by documenting recurring issues, writing knowledge-base articles and proposing workflow automations that cut resolution time and delight customers.
• • Contribute to cross-functional projects—such as onboarding new enterprise clients or rolling out major product releases—where your blend of technical acumen and customer empathy will be pivotal to success.
