  • Join Prometheanworld as a Technical Customer Support Representative (TCSR) and become a vital part of our mission to empower educators and learners worldwide. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional 1st and 2nd line technical support across multiple channels, including telephone, email, and live chat. You will be instrumental in resolving complex issues related to Promethean's innovative bespoke software and hardware solutions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our global user base.
  • As a TCSR, your primary responsibility will be to diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of technical problems. This will involve actively listening to customer concerns, meticulously gathering information, and utilizing your technical acumen to identify the root cause of issues. You will leverage a comprehensive knowledge base, internal tools, and collaboration with senior support engineers and development teams to find effective solutions.
  • You will be empowered to resolve a significant portion of customer inquiries independently, demonstrating a strong understanding of Promethean's product ecosystem. This includes guiding users through software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting common hardware malfunctions. Your ability to translate technical jargon into clear, understandable language will be crucial in educating customers and ensuring they can effectively utilize our products.
  • Beyond immediate problem-solving, you will play a key role in customer retention and satisfaction. By providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support, you will build trust and foster strong relationships with our clients. You will be expected to document all interactions, resolutions, and feedback meticulously in our CRM system, contributing to a valuable repository of knowledge that benefits both our support team and product development.

  • You will be an advocate for the customer within Prometheanworld, relaying customer feedback, pain points, and suggestions to relevant departments. This input is invaluable in driving product improvements and ensuring our offerings continue to meet and exceed the evolving needs of the education market.
  • The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for technology and a genuine desire to help others. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to new technologies and processes. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, will be paramount in delivering clear, concise, and professional support.
  • This position operates on a second shift, supporting the US market, with working hours from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. This schedule provides an excellent opportunity to work with a different time zone and contribute to our global support coverage. We embrace a hybrid work model, requiring one day per week in our Wroclaw office and offering four days of remote work, providing a balance between collaboration and flexibility.
