- • As a Technical Customer Support Specialist - Mandarin, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for ElevenLabs' enterprise and B2B customers, particularly those in Mandarin-speaking markets, ensuring they derive maximum value from the ElevenAgents platform and API offerings.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning enterprise support end-to-end by diagnosing complex technical issues, providing high-quality support in both English and Mandarin, becoming a deep expert in ElevenAgents and its integrations with LLMs, telephony, and AI systems, identifying recurring support patterns to inform product improvements, maintaining accurate customer-facing documentation, and acting as a trusted technical partner throughout the customer lifecycle.
