  • • As a Technical Delivery Manager at Legora, you will be at the forefront of our mission to redefine how legal work is done, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our clients successfully deploy, integrate, and adopt our cutting-edge AI-native platform. This is a critical position where you will own the end-to-end technical implementation journey for our legal industry clients, from initial setup and Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration to complex document management system (DMS) integrations and API-based connections. You will serve as the primary technical liaison, building trust and providing expert guidance to clients throughout their onboarding process and into their ongoing partnership with Legora.
  • • Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, demanding meticulous planning, agile execution, and diligent management to ensure all integration projects are delivered on time and consistently meet Legora’s high-quality standards. You will orchestrate seamless collaboration between our technical, commercial, and partner teams, ensuring that implementation requirements are perfectly aligned and that every client experiences a smooth and efficient rollout. This involves leading the intricate setup and configuration of customer environments, which includes mastering authentication workflows, setting up SSO, and integrating with leading DMS platforms such as iManage, SharePoint, and NetDocuments, as well as establishing relevant data or API-based connections.
  • • Beyond the technical setup, you will be the main technical point of contact during the crucial implementation and early adoption phases. This means not only resolving technical challenges but also empowering client teams through effective technical training and guidance on configuration, optimal workflows, and best practices for leveraging the Legora platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring clients can maximize the value derived from our solution from day one.
  • • Post-go-live, your role continues as you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving advanced technical issues, proactively ensuring sustained high levels of customer satisfaction and platform performance. You will be adept at engaging with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, engineering, and product development. This engagement involves clearly understanding their unique requirements, providing transparent communication on project progress, and expertly managing expectations throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve supporting technically complex or escalated customer issues. Your efforts here will not only resolve immediate client concerns but will also contribute to strengthening our internal enablement processes. By enhancing the support function's capabilities, you will help minimize recurring escalations, thereby improving overall efficiency and client experience. Furthermore, you will act as a vital conduit between the client-facing delivery teams and our engineering and product departments. By sharing invaluable insights gleaned from technical delivery projects and direct customer interactions, you will play a key role in influencing the product roadmap and driving improvements for future implementations.
  • • You will also continuously support client partnerships from a technical perspective, which includes ongoing troubleshooting, performance optimization, and proactively identifying opportunities where Legora can deliver additional value. This proactive approach ensures that clients not only succeed with the platform but also grow their usage and benefit from its evolving capabilities. Ultimately, your work will directly shape how seamlessly new customers go live, how effectively they scale their operations within Legora, and how confidently our internal teams can deliver best-in-class technical experiences, solidifying Legora's position as a leader in legal tech.
