- • The Technical Enablement and Training Manager at Socure Inc. plays a critical role in building and scaling Socure University, the company’s internal learning function that equips employees with the product and industry knowledge needed to thrive in their roles, directly supporting Socure’s mission to verify 100% of good identities in real time and stop fraud before it starts.
- • Day to day, this role involves designing and rolling out persona-based learning courses and AI-powered role plays for Product and Engineering teams, conducting 1:1 check-ins with new hires during their first year, providing corrective actions when needed, managing LMS administration (including onboarding new hires and tracking attendance), coordinating cross-team training initiatives, gathering feedback and data on program efficacy, reporting insights to leadership, and evaluating emerging tools to keep Socure’s enablement function industry-leading.

- • In this role, the individual will deepen their expertise in technical enablement, AI-enhanced learning design, and LMS administration while gaining exposure to cutting-edge Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence applications in a top-rated organization. They will develop skills in instructional design, stakeholder management, data-driven program evaluation, and process improvement—positioning them to drive impact at the intersection of learning, technology, and talent development in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- • 4-6 years of experience in Technical Enablement focused on Product and Engineering teams
- • Experience with Learning Management Systems, such as LearnUpon, Mindtickle, Showpad, Seismic, Highspot.
- • Experience with AI. AI Role play tools, AI to build courses, research industries, personas, etc.
- • Experience managing projects with multiple tasks from start to finish
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills—the ability to interact with people at all levels within the organization
- • Highly organized and attentive to detail
