  • • The Technical Enablement Architect at Ingram Micro serves as a force multiplier and strategic influencer who drives organizational success through proactive coaching, best-practice sharing, and executive-level communication. This role requires minimal supervision and directly strengthens team performance by onboarding, developing, and aligning associates with business unit objectives while contributing substantiated results to internal and strategic initiatives.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include consistently demonstrating high-performer traits such as responsiveness, accountability, proactive communication, collaboration, creative resourcefulness, results focus, and outcome orientation. The architect evaluates team activities against level-of-effort and ROI, articulates cost-benefit analyses of engagements, maintains high sales, business, financial, and technical acumen, and achieves and sustains Dell TA Certifications to ensure technical credibility and alignment with partner ecosystems.
  • • As part of Ingram Micro’s global technology distribution ecosystem, the role operates within a company that reaches nearly 90% of the global population, connecting technology manufacturers and cloud providers with B2B technology experts through a diverse portfolio and the Ingram Micro Xvantage™ digital platform. The Technical Enablement Architect contributes to a culture of innovation and execution where technology enablement drives measurable business outcomes across the IT sales channel.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop advanced expertise in technical channel development and reseller enablement for mid-range and enterprise solutions in data center, communications, networking, security, and Point-of-Sale technologies. They will cultivate executive presence, refine business and sales acumen, and become a trusted advisor capable of influencing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives while earning recognition as a high-impact, self-sufficient contributor.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Four-year college degree (or equivalent relevant experience) and a minimum of 8 years of functional experience, including at least 5 years of position-specific experience in technical channel development, reseller education, or enablement for mid-range and enterprise technology solutions.
  • • Demonstrated proficiency in advanced solutions technology categories, including holding relevant advanced badges and certifications, alongside strong executive presence, business acumen, sales acumen, and technical acumen.
  • • Current Dell TA Certification is required, with ongoing commitment to achieve and maintain these credentials to validate technical expertise and partner alignment.
