- • Implement and configure Bazaarvoice’s enterprise-grade consumer engagement platform for global brands and retailers, ensuring seamless integration with client e-commerce systems and content management platforms.
- • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, technical infrastructure, and content strategies to tailor implementation plans that maximize user-generated content capture and syndication.
- • Lead end-to-end technical onboarding projects, including API integrations, data mapping, schema configuration, and custom widget deployment across web, mobile, and app environments.
- • Work closely with client technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues, resolve data synchronization errors, and ensure real-time feedback collection from consumers across retail, social, and search channels.
- • Configure and validate dynamic content moderation rules, sentiment analysis filters, and review display logic to align with brand guidelines and compliance standards.
- • Document implementation processes, create technical runbooks, and train client stakeholders on platform functionality, dashboard analytics, and reporting tools.
- • Coordinate with internal teams including product, engineering, and customer success to escalate platform bugs, request feature enhancements, and ensure client feedback informs product development.
- • Monitor implementation timelines and deliverables, maintaining clear communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
- • Conduct post-launch reviews to assess platform performance, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend enhancements to increase consumer engagement and conversion rates.
- • Stay current with evolving e-commerce standards, API changes from major platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud), and emerging trends in user-generated content syndication.
- • Ensure all implementations adhere to Bazaarvoice’s quality assurance protocols, security standards, and data privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
- • Provide technical guidance during client onboarding calls, demos, and workshops, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable steps for non-technical stakeholders.
- • Maintain accurate records of client configurations, integration details, and project milestones within internal CRM and project management systems.
- • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team-wide implementation best practices and reduce time-to-value for new clients.
- • Support regional sales teams by providing technical input during pre-sales discovery calls and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience implementing enterprise SaaS platforms, particularly in e-commerce, CRM, or content management systems
- • Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and web integration technologies
- • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple platforms and environments
- • Experience working directly with enterprise clients in a consulting or implementation role
- • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences
