Technical Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Technical Implementation Manager at Second Nature Health Inc., you will own the design, setup, and technical execution of client implementations, serving as a strategic liaison between Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, and Product & Tech teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success.
• • Day to day, you will lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to uncover business requirements and integration needs, deliver tailored product demos that translate technical features into business value, design scalable solutions using APIs and data mapping, produce technical proposals and system design docs, conduct system validation and QA, train internal and client teams, and monitor post-go-live performance to drive optimization and remediation.
