• Lead the development of high-quality Flutter applications using Dart, setting technical direction and best practices for a construction planning platform that replaces outdated spreadsheets with multiplayer tools used by major contractors like BAM, Balfour Beatty, SKANSKA, Kier, MACE, and Murphy.
• Architect and implement robust offline-first capabilities, design scalable MVVM architecture, establish unit testing standards, and mentor developers to ensure high-performance, reliable mobile applications for construction teams worldwide.
• Join Aphex Technologies Inc., a scaling development team tackling low productivity in the construction industry (which drives 10% of global GDP) by delivering tools that improve communication and progress tracking on site.
• Grow as a technical leader by managing and mentoring a team, driving best practices, solving complex technical challenges, and contributing to an application that makes a real difference in global infrastructure delivery.
