📋 Description

• Provide technical oversight and guidance to developers and architects to deliver end-to-end data solutions across Holman’s automotive services divisions.
• Lead the modernization of legacy flat-file integrations by designing and implementing cloud-native data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Function Apps, and Azure SQL, including orchestration of API-based ingestion and delivery patterns.
• Drive the transition from traditional flat-file inbound/outbound processes to API-driven integration models aligned with cloud architecture standards and long-term modernization goals.
• Apply advanced hands-on expertise in .NET Core and Entity Framework Core to review developer code, enforce coding standards, and support performance tuning of data-access patterns.
• Plan and implement data solutions using best practices and industry standards, ensuring alignment with organizational technology roadmaps and future needs.
• Identify, analyze, and create efficiencies within existing data solutions to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability.
• Support onboarding and ongoing skill development of team members through coaching, training, and feedback during performance discussions.
• Delegate tasks, set clear deadlines, and monitor progress against key technical deliverables and performance metrics.
• Establish technical objectives and report on delivery outcomes, ensuring alignment with business and financial objectives set by management.
• Leverage in-depth experience in ETL tools, data modeling, and data movement and transformation to enhance data pipeline reliability and performance.
• Participate in planning sessions to anticipate and meet the organization’s evolving technology requirements.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps pipelines for .NET, API, Azure Function Apps, and Azure Data Factory deployments.
• Translate high-level cloud strategy into actionable technical direction, guiding teams through modernization initiatives and ensuring consistent adoption of new integration patterns.
• Adjust quickly to changing work environments and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and sound judgment.
• Review and improve processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and reduce errors in data workflows.
• Maintain knowledge of BI reporting tools and apply insights to support data-driven decision-making across departments.
• Ensure all technical work adheres to policies, procedures, and business plans under manager oversight.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in application development
• Advanced hands-on experience with .NET Core and Entity Framework Core
• In-depth experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Function Apps, and Azure SQL
• Proven track record of designing and leading technical solutions
• Experience supporting CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps for .NET, API, and ADF deployments
• Advanced knowledge of data movement, transformation, and ETL tools
