📋 Description

• • As a Technical Operations Coordinator at Air Apps, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operations across teams, directly supporting the company’s mission to build the world’s first AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP).
• • You will coordinate tasks, track initiatives, and maintain momentum on multiple workstreams by managing Jira with expert precision, organizing documentation and dashboards, preparing reports for stakeholders, and proactively identifying and resolving blockers to keep projects on track.
• • You will join a self-funded, family-founded company with offices in Lisbon and San Francisco, reporting directly to the CEO in a fully onsite role at the Lisbon office, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• • In this role, you will develop advanced operational expertise in Jira administration, workflow optimization, and cross-team coordination, gaining visibility into executive-level operations and building skills that prepare you for future leadership in operations or program management.
