• • As a Technical Partner Manager at Stripe, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between Stripe and its financial ecosystem partners, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and long-term success of partner relationships. This role is critical to Stripe’s mission of increasing the GDP of the internet by enabling partners to leverage Stripe’s infrastructure effectively.
• • Day to day, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key financial partners, lead technical integration efforts, establish and monitor SLAs and performance metrics, coordinate incident resolution, collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Partner Development teams, identify operational inefficiencies, provide training and support to partners, and gather feedback to drive product and process improvements.
• • You will join the Global Partner Engineering and Operations (PE&O) team within Stripe’s Global Partnerships organization, a strategically positioned team at the intersection of product, engineering, and partnerships that focuses on technical execution, operational optimization, and scalability of partner programs across the financial ecosystem.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical partner management, financial technology ecosystems, and cross-functional leadership, while gaining exposure to Stripe’s global infrastructure and contributing to scalable solutions that enhance partner success and operational efficiency.
