- • Lead technical discovery sessions with architecture, BIM, VDC, and design technology stakeholders to assess needs and alignment with Forma Building Design and Forma Site Design.
- • Demonstrate Forma Building Design and Forma Site Design within real-world AEC workflows, connecting technical capabilities to design outcomes and business value.
- • Partner with Sales Specialists and Account Executives to qualify technical fit and assess adoption potential for Forma across AEC accounts.
- • Design and execute pilots, proofs of concept, and technical validation plans with clearly defined success criteria and measurable outcomes.
- • Translate customer workflow challenges, constraints, and standards into tailored product demonstrations and solution narratives that resonate with technical users.
- • Build trust with architects, BIM managers, and design technology leaders by deeply understanding their tools, processes, and design-to-delivery handoffs.
- • Capture and synthesize customer feedback, technical objections, workflow gaps, and adoption signals to inform Product and Go-to-Market teams.
- • Support customers through the full evaluation cycle—from initial exploration to pilot execution, technical validation, and early adoption of Forma.
- • Educate internal teams on the requirements for successful Forma adoption in AEC environments, including integration with Revit and broader Autodesk ecosystems.
- • Act as a technical bridge between customers and Autodesk’s product development, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and product evolution.
- • Maintain fluency in evolving Autodesk AEC solutions, product messaging, and market requirements to provide accurate, up-to-date guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
- • Engage credibly with senior technical and decision-making stakeholders across enterprise architecture, engineering, construction, and owner/operator organizations.
- • Identify technical blockers, adoption risks, and workflow inefficiencies during customer evaluations and propose actionable solutions.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, customer success, and technical teams to drive customer success and product adoption.
- • Ensure seamless transition of customers from evaluation to adoption by aligning Forma’s capabilities with existing Revit-based workflows and Autodesk ecosystem integrations.
