📋 Description

• We are looking for a highly process-driven Technical Procurement / Purchasing Officer to strengthen the commercial foundation of our innovative robotics solutions at Sereact.
• You will take ownership of our internal commercial workflows, acting as a true organizational talent who loves to dive into the thick of things and keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
• This role is based in Stuttgart and is ideal for someone who thrives on building structured processes, managing commercial tasks, and supporting a team building cutting-edge technology.
• Your responsibilities will include Project & Order Management, Purchasing & Material Management, Inventory Management, and General Administration.
• You will manage our projects from a commercial perspective, from the initial order to final delivery.
• You will support the procurement of components and maintain close relationships with our vendors.
• You will keep a close eye on our stock levels and ensure all components are in the right place at the right time.
• You will perform general administration tasks, including preparatory accounting and master data management.
• You will keep our daily business running smoothly.

🎯 Requirements

• Background: Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann) or a degree in Business Administration.
• Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a commercial or operational role.
• Mindset: You possess a strong hands-on mentality.
• Drive: Your motivation and willingness to learn are more important to us than deep industry knowledge in robotics.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems.
