• This role is pivotal in shaping the future of market-moving communications by translating customer needs into technical product solutions that enhance media outreach, social engagement, and audience targeting capabilities.
• The Technical Product Manager will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core platform features, collaborating with engineering, design, data, and customer success teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features that solve real customer problems in press release distribution and multimedia content delivery.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product strategy; writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications; facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives; and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
• The role involves conducting user research and usability testing to validate assumptions, translating complex technical concepts into clear product requirements for non-technical stakeholders, and measuring feature impact through key performance indicators such as engagement rates, distribution reach, and customer satisfaction scores.
• The Technical Product Manager will partner closely with data analysts to leverage platform usage metrics and audience behavior data to optimize product features, and work with compliance and legal teams to ensure all product updates adhere to regulatory disclosure standards (e.g., SEC, GDPR).
• They will also act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for user needs in cross-functional meetings and ensuring that product roadmaps reflect both strategic business objectives and tangible improvements to user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or financial technology environments
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
• Experience working with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Aha!
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions (e.g., SQL, Excel, or BI tools like Tableau/Power BI)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams without authority
