• As a Technical Product Manager at Bilt Rewards, you will be at the forefront of innovation, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform and defining how our users engage with our groundbreaking products. • You will collaborate closely with a diverse range of internal stakeholders, translating complex business objectives and user experience aspirations into tangible product solutions. Your ability to elicit needs, facilitate discussions, and synthesize information will be crucial in ensuring our products not only meet but exceed expectations.
• A key responsibility will be to translate product vision into detailed technical requirements. You will articulate these requirements with clarity and precision, ensuring that our Engineering team and other cross-functional partners have a comprehensive understanding of the 'what' and the 'why' behind each feature and functionality.
• You will work hand-in-hand with our engineering leads to meticulously break down complex requirements into manageable, actionable tasks. This involves fostering a collaborative environment where technical feasibility, scope, and timelines are openly discussed and agreed upon.
• Acting as a critical thought partner, you will bridge the gap between Product and Engineering. This involves a delicate balance of championing product vision while respecting and understanding engineering constraints, scope, and technical debt, ensuring that we build robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• You will be instrumental in managing and nurturing relationships with external partners, ensuring that technical integrations are not only effective but also designed for scalability and long-term success. This requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to navigate complex technical ecosystems.
• Owning and maintaining the engineering backlog will be a core part of your role. You will be responsible for prioritizing work based on its potential impact, aligning development efforts with strategic business goals and user needs.
• Becoming a subject matter expert in our technology stack is essential. You will develop a deep understanding of our systems, architecture, and development processes, and you will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date documentation.
• Post-launch, you will meticulously supervise and measure the performance of our products. By analyzing key metrics and user feedback, you will gather critical insights that will directly inform and shape future product development cycles, creating a continuous loop of improvement.
• You will proactively identify and define future opportunities, leveraging our unique technology stack and rich data assets to create innovative new products and enhance existing ones. This requires a forward-thinking mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Success in this role hinges on your innate ability to build software that is not only efficient and scalable but also exceptionally reliable. You should possess the strategic foresight to make high-level system architecture decisions while also having the practical capability to delve into the granular details of defining and scoping individual engineering tasks.
• Your communication skills, particularly in technical writing, will be paramount. You understand that clarity and the absence of ambiguity in your documentation and specifications are vital to enabling seamless and efficient development.
• You are adept at navigating fast-paced environments, understanding when to move quickly and iterate, and when to implement structured processes for optimal outcomes. You bring innovative ideas for process improvement and are eager to contribute to a culture of continuous enhancement.
• You possess an intuitive understanding of how to create highly intuitive and seamless consumer experiences, and you are skilled at applying these same principles to the development of complex business-facing workflows and products.
• Ultimately, you will have a demonstrable history of delivering highly successful and innovative products, leaving your distinct mark on their development from conception through to launch and beyond.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• 5+ years of total experience in a technical role, such as Software Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to advise on and evaluate complex engineering decisions, understanding technical trade-offs and architectural implications.
• Experience working within a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, agility, and a results-oriented mindset.
