- • Senior Product Manager role focused on building foundational systems and internal infrastructure that serve as the backbone for WalkMe’s entire product suite, ensuring scalability, resilience, and seamless integration across engineering teams.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and owning internal APIs, shared services, and centralized tools for customer administrators to manage enterprise deployments, security settings, and user permissions; collaborating with engineering squads to enable rapid innovation; and driving the technical roadmap for the Digital Adoption Platform’s core architecture.
- • The Account team at WalkMe builds the underlying infrastructure and internal enablement platforms that power both internal engineering velocity and customer-facing admin experiences, positioning the team as a critical enabler of scalability and data orchestration across the organization.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical product management, enterprise SaaS architecture, and internal platform development; gain influence over cross-team technical strategy; and shape the foundational layer that supports WalkMe’s market-leading Digital Adoption Platform, directly impacting both internal efficiency and customer success at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager with a strong technical background
- • Deep understanding of technology and technical architecture, including APIs, scalability, and data orchestration
- • Experience building internal platforms, shared services, or infrastructure for engineering teams
- • Background in SaaS or enterprise software environments
- • Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and translate technical concepts into product strategy
- • Experience defining product roadmaps for developer-facing or internal tools
