đź“‹ Description
- • As a Technical Product Manager at Synthflow AI Inc., you will own the end-to-end product development lifecycle for AI-native solutions, transforming customer insights into production-ready features that automate customer operations across voice, chat, and messaging channels. Your work will directly contribute to scaling the company’s mission of handling over 20M hours of automated operations while maintaining 99.99% uptime and driving measurable improvements in customer engagement, such as the 60% increase in answered calls versus non-AI operators.
- • You will lead product development from initial customer discovery through validated prototypes, conducting in-depth interviews to uncover workflows, pain points, and business context, then rapidly translating those insights into functional MVPs using AI-assisted development tools like Lovable, Claude Code, Cursor, and v0 to validate hypotheses before committing engineering resources.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing LLM-based product features grounded in agentic AI patterns—such as function calling, tool use, and RAG architectures—while building rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance, reliability, and user satisfaction in real-world enterprise settings.
- • You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to scale validated prototypes into production, ensuring technical feasibility, architectural soundness, and alignment with modern development practices, APIs, and data pipelines, all while maintaining a high velocity of iteration in a startup environment.
- • Operating with strong ownership and bias toward action, you will act as a bridge between customer needs and technical execution, leveraging your hands-on experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI tooling to make informed decisions about when and how to apply AI effectively—knowing when something is 'good enough to test' and avoiding unnecessary complexity.
- • You will join a mission-driven team backed by Accel, Atlantic Labs, and Singular, trusted by over 1,000 customers and recognized as one of Germany’s most promising AI companies, where your contributions will directly impact the scalability and intelligence of enterprise AI agents handling 150M+ interactions with exceptional reliability.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-native product strategy, gain mastery over cutting-edge LLM application patterns, and sharpen your ability to ship 0-to-1 products in high-autonomy, fast-paced environments—positioning you as a leader in the emerging field of agentic AI product management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-6 years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping 0-to-1 products
- • Deep understanding of LLM-based systems, including agentic AI architectures, function calling, RAG patterns, and evaluation methodologies
- • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Lovable, Claude Code, Cursor, v0) and ability to rapidly build functional prototypes
- • Strong grasp of software architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and modern development practices
- • Experience co-developing features with enterprise users and actively using AI tools for productivity, prompt engineering, and model iteration
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI agent technology with real-world impact at scale (150M+ interactions, 99.99% uptime)
- • High autonomy and rapid iteration cycles in a well-funded startup backed by top-tier investors (Accel, Atlantic Labs, Singular)
- • Direct access to enterprise customers and influence over product direction from zero to one
- • Exposure to advanced AI development tools and methodologies shaping the future of agentic AI
- • Based in Berlin, a vibrant tech hub, with a mission-driven culture founded by serial entrepreneurs
