• • As a Technical Product Manager, AI Product, you will serve as a critical partner to our VP of Engineering, spearheading Valence's most pivotal AI and product initiatives. Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, this position uniquely blends product leadership, deep AI understanding, and robust execution capabilities, offering broad scope and significant impact across the entire organization.
• • You will function as a strategic and operational force multiplier for engineering leadership. Your responsibilities will include translating high-level company objectives into precise product direction, influencing the methodologies for building and evaluating AI capabilities, and ensuring team alignment on the most crucial priorities.
• • This role demands high visibility and influence within the leadership team, playing an instrumental part in the evolution of our AI product. You will support critical decision-making processes, drive cross-functional execution, and proactively identify and fill any gaps to maintain strong momentum.
