- • As a Technical Product Manager within Clario’s Cardiac Safety organization, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of solutions designed for the critical tasks of collecting, managing, and interpreting cardiac data within clinical trials.
- • You will act as a vital bridge, connecting the overarching business vision with the intricate needs of users and the practicalities of technical execution.
- • This role demands close partnership with product leadership, dedicated engineering teams, talented UX/UI designers, and a diverse range of key stakeholders to define and deliver capabilities that significantly enhance patient safety and bolster the reliability of crucial cardiac endpoints.
- • Leveraging a robust technical understanding and a deeply ingrained user-centric approach, you will translate high-level strategy into precise, actionable requirements, guiding product initiatives seamlessly from their initial conceptualization through to successful commercial launch.
- • You will collaborate closely with Product Line Leaders and Upstream Product Managers to ensure unwavering alignment with the broader portfolio strategy and the long-term product vision, contributing to a cohesive and impactful product suite.
- • A key responsibility will be to remain at the forefront of emerging cardiac safety technologies, staying abreast of evolving industry standards, understanding current and future regulatory expectations, and analyzing the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- • You will be responsible for building and meticulously maintaining a multi-year product roadmap, detailing planned releases, strategic initiatives, and key epics that directly support overall launch plans and business objectives.
- • Close collaboration with engineering teams will be essential to define the technical architecture, user experience (UX), and innovative capabilities across all components of the Cardiac Safety platform.
- • You will lead the business architecture for your assigned components, meticulously defining user flows and data workflows to ensure seamless integration and cohesion with the broader cardiac safety platform architecture.
- • A critical aspect of the role involves validating concepts, themes, and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definitions through rigorous research and continuous engagement with both internal teams and external users, ensuring that development is user-validated and market-relevant.
- • You will excel at translating complex customer needs and strategic product direction into clear, unambiguous, and actionable requirements, substantiated by solid evidence and deep domain expertise.
- • A crucial balancing act will involve managing technical debt, considering architectural implications, and prioritizing new feature development to ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of the product.
- • You will actively participate in retrospectives, contributing to the continuous improvement of product development and engineering processes, fostering an environment of learning and adaptation.
