📋 Description

• • As a Technical Product Manager for Sparkrock Pay, you will drive the evolution of a K–12 payments and form management platform used by school boards, administrators, and parents to manage critical financial and administrative workflows, directly impacting how funds and data are collected, tracked, reconciled, and reported across educational institutions.
• • You will translate product strategy into detailed requirements by collaborating with business representatives, engineering, and design teams; work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services; and improve exception handling, operational efficiency, and financial accuracy through API-driven integrations and system workflows.
• • You will join a mission-driven team at Sparkrock, a company that empowers social benefit organizations—including nonprofits, school boards, and government agencies—to operate more effectively, serving tens of thousands of users who rely on its platforms daily.
• • In this role, you will grow into owning the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for Sparkrock Pay, leading product discovery with school boards and payment providers, and designing scalable payment and form-management workflows that enhance financial accuracy and user experience.
