- • Lead the product vision and roadmap for CreatorIQ’s reporting suite, including Campaign Reporting, Enterprise Dashboard, and Competitive Reporting, enabling customers to analyze and optimize influencer marketing programs with data-driven insights.
- • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Campaign and Program Reporting portfolio—from initial discovery and customer research through development, launch, iteration, and performance measurement.
- • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to build scalable, high-performance reporting tools that integrate complex, large-scale data sources across the CreatorIQ platform.
- • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and adoption of reporting features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
- • Work closely with data stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability of data flows, APIs, and backend systems powering the reporting ecosystem.
- • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy, identify emerging trends in influencer marketing analytics, and differentiate CreatorIQ’s reporting capabilities.
- • Translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams, bridging the gap between non-technical users and backend systems with clarity and precision.
- • Present product updates, roadmap priorities, and performance insights to internal teams and external clients, ensuring alignment on goals and transparent communication of product direction.
- • Leverage hands-on experience with analytical data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, ClickHouse, Apache Druid) to design and enhance scalable reporting architectures.
- • Utilize SQL and familiarity with ETL processes to understand, validate, and improve data pipelines that feed into reporting dashboards and analytics tools.
- • Engage with tools such as Looker, Tableau, or custom reporting engines to assess capabilities, recommend enhancements, and ensure seamless user experiences for enterprise clients.
- • Manage multiple concurrent product initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, maintaining rigorous timelines and delivery standards while adapting to evolving business needs.
- • Foster a customer-centric approach by gathering feedback from global brands and agencies (including LVMH, Google, Nestlé, Sephora) to prioritize features that deliver tangible value.
- • Advocate for technical health and maintainability of the reporting infrastructure, balancing rapid iteration with long-term system stability and data integrity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a technical product role
- • Background in data science, analytics, or software engineering
- • Strong understanding of data analytics and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or custom reporting engines
- • Familiarity with SQL and ETL processes
- • Experience working with engineers on APIs, data pipelines, or backend systems
- • Hands-on experience with at least one OLAP-specific engine or analytical data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, ClickHouse, Apache Druid)
