📋 Description
- • Own the product lifecycle for one or more core platform capabilities that power the company’s healthcare technology portfolio.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, security, and functional product teams to understand technical needs and business context.
- • Drive requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization for foundational services and systems enabling pre-payment accuracy and integrity.
- • Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear product narratives and development plans for platform solutions.
- • Ensure all platform solutions are designed to be scalable, secure, observable, and supportable from day one.
- • Define and track KPIs and success metrics for platform adoption, performance, and operational efficiency.
- • Build alignment across stakeholders to balance short-term delivery with long-term platform vision and technical debt reduction.
- • Partner with engineering teams to improve developer experience, reduce time-to-market, and increase overall system efficiency.
- • Leverage 35+ years of pre-pay editing expertise to inform product strategy for AI-first healthcare technology platforms.
- • Support the company’s mission to prevent inaccurate payments and reduce waste in the healthcare ecosystem, lowering costs for payers, providers, and patients.
- • Contribute to the continued success of a HI-TRUST and SOC2 certified platform recognized as 2025 Best in KLAS for Pre-Payment Accuracy and Integrity.
- • Work within a product team focused on enhancing payment integrity solutions through scalable, extensible platform capabilities.
- • Maintain deep awareness of healthcare industry dynamics, regulatory environments, and payment workflows to guide product decisions.
- • Drive product initiatives that align with the company’s award-winning candidate experience and commitment to innovation under the #YouToThePowerOfAI ethos.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree
- • 8+ years of experience in Product Management
- • 3+ years of healthcare industry experience
