Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As a Technical Product Owner at myTomorrows, you will be embedded within the Infrastructure and Security teams to enable smooth delivery by protecting engineers’ focus, maintaining visibility of work, and ensuring agile processes run effectively—without setting strategy or writing code.
- • You will facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, reviews), maintain and groom a healthy backlog, manage stakeholder intake to shield teams from ad-hoc requests, track delivery risks, and support access management operations during transition to automation.
- • You will work closely with two lean, senior teams responsible for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platform, and security posture, acting as the primary interface between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
- • In this role, you will build trust with engineers, own and communicate a clear team roadmap, establish a reliable intake process, surface risks early, and reduce operational overhead by supporting automation of access management—contributing to a mission that expands patient access to life-saving treatments globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years in a scrum master, delivery lead, or technical product owner role, ideally supporting infrastructure, platform, or security teams
- • Confident agile facilitator who runs ceremonies that people find useful and keeps backlogs healthy without micromanaging engineers
- • Strong communicator who can translate technical work into language non-technical stakeholders understand, and knows when a conversation needs an engineer in the room rather than a summary
- • Conversational familiarity with cloud and platform concepts like AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, enough to follow the work and ask good questions
- • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups simultaneously
- • Excellent English communication skills
🏖️ Benefits
- • Impactful work that helps patients gain access to potentially lifesaving treatments
- • Competitive salary, annual performance bonus and an Employee Stock Option Plan
- • Hybrid working model
- • Attractive pension plan, full premium covered by myTomorrows
- • Unlimited access to professional guidance by certified psychologists via OpenUp
- • Healthy lunch at the thriving Amsterdam office
