- • As a Technical Program Manager at TensorWave, you will drive the execution of complex AI infrastructure initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of secure, reliable, and resilient AI compute at scale by aligning engineering, product, and operations teams around shared objectives.
- • You will lead cross-functional programs spanning hardware deployment, software infrastructure, and ML platform development, defining program scope, managing timelines and dependencies, translating technical tradeoffs into business insights, and communicating status, risks, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
- • You will join a mission-driven team building a versatile cloud platform that removes infrastructure barriers for AI innovators, working in a high-growth environment focused on delivering breakthrough AI capabilities through superior compute infrastructure.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI infrastructure program management, strengthen your ability to bridge technical and business domains, and drive continuous improvement through postmortems and retrospectives while contributing to the scaling of a cutting-edge AI cloud platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- • 3+ years of technical program management experience in infrastructure, cloud platforms, or ML/AI systems
- • Strong technical background with ability to engage in architecture discussions around distributed systems, GPU computing, or ML frameworks
- • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-quarter programs involving hardware and software components
- • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- • Experience with Jira and implementing Jira workflows to match team processes
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences
