📋 Description

• As a Technical Program Manager at Playson Limited, you will own the end-to-end delivery of games, features, or platform work—from initial requirement to production—ensuring engineering teams have a clear path to delivery and removing blockers before they cause delays.
• Day to day, you will set timelines, track progress, communicate changes proactively, diagnose workflow inefficiencies, design and improve delivery processes, and own release readiness by verifying testing, documentation, and operational risk awareness.
• You will work closely with product, engineering, QA, and client-facing teams, reporting directly to the VP of Delivery in a fast-moving, quality-focused environment where your impact is visible in production.
• In this role, you will learn to diagnose and fix systemic delivery issues, build trusted delivery forecasts, ship releases with zero last-minute surprises, and shape how delivery works in your area going forward—gaining deep ownership and influence over product outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in an engineering delivery, software delivery leadership, or similar role where you owned outcomes, not just process
• Ability to catch problems early by knowing what signals to watch, not relying on luck
• Experience working across engineering, product, and QA to keep teams moving together
• Strong communication skills—able to give clear, honest delivery updates to a VP without needing a slide deck
• Natural focus on quality beyond ticket closure, including release readiness, testing coverage, and operational risk
• Genuine interest in the product being delivered, not just the process around it
