- • As a TPM at Sift, you will be instrumental in defining and implementing robust, broad-based processes and mechanisms. Your expertise will be vital in removing ambiguity, aligning disparate large organizations, and significantly accelerating our delivery rate against critical company goals. You will lead cross-organizational efforts to ensure program and project goals are tightly integrated with overarching business objectives, contributing to strategic planning and roadmapping to guarantee the achievement of these vital targets.
- • You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our internal customers and partner teams. In this capacity, you will provide valuable, strategic input on best practices and offerings related to our Engineering initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader. Your ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts will be key to fostering collaboration and driving innovation across teams.
- • A significant part of your role will involve planning and executing program communications. This includes preparing comprehensive reports and leading insightful conversations with our Executive teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders, from engineering teams to senior leadership, are informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the program lifecycle. Proactively identifying and implementing ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness will be a continuous focus, ensuring our operations remain agile and optimized.
- • You will be expected to manage complex projects effectively, both within and across teams. This involves setting clear goals and swim-lanes, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks, designing innovative solutions, and meticulously tracking progress against deadlines. Your ability to foster strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including engineering, product, marketing, and sales, will be paramount to your success.
- • Operating effectively between technical and non-technical entities is a core requirement. You will leverage your skills in influencing and driving programs within a fast-paced, matrixed organization. This requires exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities, enabling you to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and achieve desired outcomes with both internal and external parties.
- • The ideal candidate possesses a deep knowledge of Program and Project management best practices and demonstrates a pragmatic approach to applying them across large, complex engagements and organizations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, allowing you to effectively engage with team members and audiences at all levels of management and technical expertise.
- • You will also exhibit excellent people management skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate, and achieve results through individuals who do not report directly to you. As a true team player, you will effectively integrate, motivate, and build strong relationships with cross-functional team members, whether they are local or remote, as well as sponsors, key stakeholders, executives, and other individuals or organizations involved with or affected by the project.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to learn a B2B SaaS product quickly and apply program management principles.
- • 2+ years of direct experience as a Technical Program Manager working with Engineering teams.
- • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- • Experience managing complex projects effectively within and across teams (sets clear goals, identifies roadblocks, designs solutions, tracks progress).
- • Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- • Experience operating effectively between technical and non-technical entities, influencing and driving programs in a fast-paced matrix organization.
- • Experience working with teams or managing products that leverage machine learning or artificial intelligence (Bonus).
