- • As a Senior Technical Program Manager at WEX Inc., you will drive the successful delivery of key Corporate Payments and Information Security initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
- • You will own end-to-end technical implementation projects, including developing detailed work breakdown structures, managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and monitoring progress to facilitate course corrections and risk mitigation.
- • You will partner with Product, Technology, Architecture, and Engineering teams to align program increments with business objectives, manage dependencies across systems (including auth, routing, and environments), and ensure security and compliance with frameworks like HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOX.
- • You will maintain data hygiene in Atlassian tools, track project performance using metrics, enable change adoption through strategic communication, and empower stakeholders across the enterprise to embrace new technologies and processes with minimal friction.
- • You will operate autonomously across global time zones, balancing strategic vision with detail-oriented execution, while standardizing, automating, and optimizing technology delivery processes in a highly regulated FinTech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing complex, interdependent security projects in FinTech or highly regulated environments, with expertise across platforms including endpoint, network, cloud/container, and email security.
- • Deep proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (Jira/Confluence), with experience in project change control processes; PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
- • Demonstrated ability to partner with system owners and engineers to handle scoping, task management, budget oversight, and risk mitigation from project inception to completion.
- • Strong communication and influencing skills to engage executive stakeholders, document findings, issue recommendations, and drive adoption of new processes across global teams.
- • Proven track record ensuring compliance with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX, and other regulatory frameworks, with a focus on standardizing, automating, and optimizing technologies and processes.
