• • The Monad Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. As a core member of our ecosystem and community builders, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and impact of decentralized technologies, specifically by championing the Monad blockchain – a performant and parallel EVM Layer 1 solution designed to empower decentralized applications and facilitate mass adoption.
• • In this critical role, you will be responsible for establishing organizational clarity, ensuring robust alignment across diverse priorities, and meticulously coordinating program execution from the initial stages of conception through to successful launch. The ideal candidate possesses a potent blend of deep technical understanding, exceptional organizational acumen, and outstanding communication skills, enabling swift and coordinated progress within the fast-paced and ever-evolving blockchain landscape.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with leadership to identify and define key strategic priorities. You will then shepherd and spearhead the execution of special projects and critical initiatives, ensuring they align with the Foundation's overarching mission. • • A crucial aspect of your role will be to establish and diligently track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. This requires developing a nuanced understanding and fostering consensus among business-focused teams (including Ecosystem, Business Development, and the Founder Community), operational teams (such as Events, Design, and Recruiting), and technical teams (including Engineering, Quant, and Security). Your ability to bridge these diverse groups will be key to realizing critical roadmap deliverables.

You will be responsible for managing meetings, driving productive discussions, proactively identifying and escalating blockers, and ensuring that decisions are made and resolutions are implemented efficiently.
