Technical Program Manager - Labs

📋 Description

• • As a Technical Program Manager for Hardware NPI at DoorDash Labs, you will drive execution across cross-functional teams spanning mechanical design, embedded systems, controls, and manufacturing operations, managing the introduction of complex robotic systems into production with visibility across the entire hardware product lifecycle from prototype to scaled deployment.
• • You will own and drive complex hardware and autonomy programs from concept to production, lead New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts, manage build plans and integration milestones, serve as the central node for coordinating design, manufacturing, validation, and supplier execution, define and track program timelines and critical paths, partner with engineering leads to align technical decisions with schedule and manufacturing constraints, communicate program status to stakeholders at engineering and executive levels, and help build robust manufacturing plans including DFM/DFA alignment, pilot builds, and supply chain readiness.

• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in hardware program management for complex electromechanical and robotics systems, gain experience coordinating with contract manufacturers and managing high-volume production, strengthen your ability to manage multidisciplinary technical workstreams and dependencies, and enhance your leadership in driving business-critical hardware programs with visibility across engineering and executive leadership.
