- • As a Technical Program Manager, Product Trust at Harvey AI Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the security, compliance, and trustworthiness of Harvey’s AI-powered platform used by leading law firms and enterprises worldwide.
- • You will manage the end-to-end security and compliance review process for new features, including risk analysis, stakeholder coordination, documentation of trade-offs, and ensuring alignment with information security and AI-specific risks such as model behavior and regulatory exposure.
- • You will collaborate across Engineering, Product Security, Product, Legal, and Sales teams to build and improve trust-related programs, synthesize risk assessments into formal narratives, and support audit readiness for key product launches.
- • You will develop customer-facing security and privacy materials, participate in customer security reviews, manage technical escalations, and drive process improvements in release and change management to embed trust at scale.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in Information Security with significant program management experience in product or engineering contexts, including defining and building programs
- • Strong foundation in AI Governance, Risk, and Safety (AI GRS), security, and compliance topics
- • 1-2+ years experience leveraging AI models to drive program efficiencies (e.g., automating risk assessment or compliance gap analysis)
- • Proven ability to communicate complex technical and regulatory topics and write strong technical compliance requirements for diverse audiences
- • Excellent organizational skills, including managing external contractors and vendors
- • Customer-centric mindset with a drive for process simplification and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving, builder-oriented environment
