- • FluidStack is at the forefront of building the essential infrastructure for abundant intelligence, partnering with leading AI labs, governments, and enterprises to deliver compute power at unprecedented speeds. We are driven by the mission to accelerate the realization of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), fostering a team that is highly motivated, deeply committed, and dedicated to producing world-class infrastructure. Our ethos centers on treating customer outcomes as our own, taking immense pride in the systems we construct and the unwavering trust we cultivate. If you are propelled by purpose, possess an obsession with excellence, and are prepared to invest significant effort to expedite the future of intelligence, we invite you to join us in shaping what comes next.
- • As the Technical Program Manager, Security, you will be instrumental in embedding security as a foundational element across all aspects of FluidStack's operations, from customer relationships to every deployment. This role operates at the critical nexus of Security Operations, Engineering, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and physical security, ensuring the comprehensive execution of our security program as we transition from a startup to a hyperscale entity. This is a highly visible position demanding significant ownership, ideal for an individual who thrives in ambiguous environments, introduces structure without imposing bureaucracy, and can navigate seamlessly between technical and non-technical domains.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own and drive the execution machinery for FluidStack's security program, focusing on four key strategic domains. Firstly, you will spearhead Security Operations & Detection Engineering Delivery. This involves close collaboration with SOC leadership and detection engineers to manage the deployment of our security platform, the rollout of new tooling, and the achievement of critical capability milestones throughout our phased build-out. You will be adept at translating complex technical roadmaps into actionable delivery plans, clearly defining owners, establishing realistic timelines, and meticulously tracking interdependencies.
- • Secondly, you will manage Physical Security & Data Center Infrastructure Projects. This entails coordinating the deployment of physical security measures across both existing and new data center sites. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation of Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), perimeter security systems, and the overall Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) architecture. You will be responsible for managing vendor Statements of Work (SOWs), diligently tracking hardware delivery timelines, and ensuring that all sites rigorously meet security readiness requirements prior to customer access dates.
- • Thirdly, you will take ownership of Customer Security Commitments & Contractual SLAs. This involves meticulously tracking and ensuring the successful execution of all security obligations stipulated within our customer agreements. You will translate intricate contractual requirements into well-defined internal workstreams, proactively identify and surface potential risks, and guarantee that FluidStack is consistently prepared for customer audits, site visits, and comprehensive security reviews. Your diligence will ensure we uphold the highest standards of trust and compliance with our clients.
- • Fourthly, you will support Security Compliance Programs. You will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of initiatives aimed at achieving SOC, ISO, and FedRAMP readiness, working in close partnership with FluidStack's GRC function. This includes assisting in the maintenance of evidence pipelines, coordinating efforts with external auditors, diligently tracking control gaps, and ensuring that cross-functional dependencies remain on schedule within our multi-framework compliance environment. Your contribution will be vital in navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding organization at the cutting edge of AI infrastructure. You will gain invaluable experience in managing large-scale technical programs, developing expertise in cybersecurity operations, physical security, and regulatory compliance. You will have the chance to shape security strategies, build robust processes, and contribute directly to the company's success and the advancement of AI technology. The ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive impactful security initiatives will be a key achievement in this position.
