- • Lead and coordinate the technological deployment associated with a corporate office renovation project in Buenos Aires, managing timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
- • Coordinate vendors, contractors, internal technical teams, and stakeholders across all phases of the project, ensuring alignment and execution.
- • Actively participate in the deployment and validation of workplace technologies including end-user devices, network infrastructure, video conferencing systems, and hardware installations.
- • Supervise on-site activities during rollout phases, resolving operational incidents and ensuring the proper functioning of all technological infrastructure.
- • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies fluently in both English and Spanish to regional and multidisciplinary teams.
- • Ensure timely delivery of the project within established deadlines and quality standards.
- • Manage the rollout of workplace technology components such as workstations, access points, routers, switches, and internet circuits.
- • Collaborate with internal and external teams to validate technical specifications and resolve deployment issues in real time.
- • Maintain accurate documentation of project milestones, vendor agreements, and technical configurations using Microsoft Office and ServiceNow.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and operational matters during office renovation and technology implementation phases.
- • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- • Translate business requirements into technical action plans for infrastructure and workplace technology teams.
- • Align project execution with corporate standards and regulatory expectations in a multinational financial services environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of experience managing technology projects in large corporate environments
- • Hands-on experience with workplace technology, office infrastructure, or large-scale technology deployments
- • Experience coordinating rollouts of hardware, workstations, network infrastructure, access points, routers, switches, and internet circuits
- • Proven experience managing vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ServiceNow
- • Advanced English (B2/C1) with fluent communication ability for international teams
