• • As a Technical Project Manager, you will own both the product vision – understanding the 'what' and 'why' behind our initiatives – and the execution strategy – defining the 'how' and 'when'. This hybrid role transcends traditional project management or product management silos, focusing instead on maximizing value and fostering excellence in delivery. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Applied Engineering/Tech Lead and a lean, high-performing engineering team to achieve ambitious product goals.
• • Your responsibilities will be split equally between Product Management (50%) and Project Management (50%), ensuring a holistic approach to product development and delivery. In the Product Management capacity, you will be the custodian of the product roadmap, meticulously ensuring its alignment with DevSavant's overarching vision and strategic objectives. This involves actively gathering and synthesizing complex requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders, including leadership, clients, and internal teams, translating their needs into clear, actionable technical features and product enhancements.
• • You will meticulously own and manage the product backlog, a critical artifact for guiding development. This includes crafting precise user stories, defining unambiguous acceptance criteria, and strategically prioritizing initiatives to maximize impact and value. A key aspect of this role is monitoring product adoption, actively collecting user feedback, and tracking key success metrics. This data-driven approach will inform continuous improvement cycles, ensuring our products evolve to meet user needs and business goals.
• • The product decisions you make will be a careful balancing act, weighing user value, technical feasibility, and overall business impact to ensure optimal outcomes. You will be the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that what we build is not only desirable but also viable and feasible.
• • In the Project Management domain, you will be the linchpin of our agile development process. You will lead the day-to-day agile execution, orchestrating key ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement meetings, and retrospectives. Your role is to ensure the backlog remains a well-organized, realistic, and manageable resource, perfectly aligned with the team's capacity and velocity.
• • You will diligently track project milestones, identify and manage dependencies, proactively mitigate risks, and monitor overall project progress to ensure smooth and predictable delivery.
