📋 Description

• • As a Technical Project Manager at Front, you will drive successful customer implementations by managing end-to-end onboarding, expansion, and optimization projects, ensuring clients achieve rapid time-to-value through expert guidance and change leadership.
• • You will oversee implementation engagements as a product subject matter expert, develop detailed project plans, facilitate cross-functional coordination, lead training and cut-over activities, and translate customer insights into product improvements.
• • You will join Front’s Success Services team within a high-growth, venture-backed company serving over 9,000 B2B clients including Uber Freight, Stripe, and Navan, recognized for workplace excellence by Great Place to Work, Built In, and Fortune.
• • You will develop deep expertise in SaaS implementation, strengthen stakeholder management and technical communication skills, and contribute to operational excellence while working closely with sales, product, and support teams.
