Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• • The Technical Project Manager will lead the planning and execution of software-focused projects supporting laboratory operations, product development, and internal tools at Foresight Diagnostics Inc., a molecular diagnostics company pioneering non-invasive cancer detection through cell-free DNA-based liquid biopsy technologies.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading cross-functional teams to develop, verify, validate, and deploy custom software systems such as LIMS and bioinformatic tools; eliciting and documenting requirements; managing timelines, risks, and dependencies; ensuring compliance with IEC 62304 and design control frameworks; facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders; and driving accountability without direct authority.
• • The team operates in a high accountability, collaborative environment at the intersection of molecular biology, bioinformatics, and next-generation sequencing, combining the agility of a mission-driven startup with the scale and resources of Natera, a global leader in cell-free DNA testing, headquartered in Boulder, Colorado.
