📋 Description

• As a Technical Project Manager at Brown & Brown Insurance, you will lead enterprise software development platform initiatives that directly impact the company’s ability to deliver innovative, compliant, and scalable technology solutions across its Employee Benefits business.
• Day to day, you will lead end-to-end project delivery—defining scope, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors, mitigating risks, and reporting performance using PMI methodologies and earned value management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise software delivery, financial project governance, healthcare compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST), and vendor management while advancing your career as a trusted technical leader influencing strategic technology outcomes across multiple business verticals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or Associate’s degree with equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of five (5) years managing technical projects with hands-on experience leading software development platform implementations or modernization efforts
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent PMI credential
• Working experience in the Employee Benefits industry
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience supporting pharmacy management, Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), or medical/provider operations (preferred)
